Four Card currently has 8 foal crops on the ground. Each year they are getting better and better. This stallion is one of the most gentle around. We do a little bit of everything with him, including trailriding, parades and cattle work. This horse was bred for pure work. He comes from the sandhills of Nebraska, bought as a weanling from Haythorn Land and Cattle Company in Arthur, NE. He has great athletic ability and speed. Due to a foot injury he was not able to go on with his showing career. Four Card has sired some outstanding colts and fillies. He is also certified with ApHC for breeding to Appaloosa mares. He puts great hips and minds on all of his get. Four Card would make a nice cross with your speed horse for your next barrel or timed event prospect. He has great cow sense and passes this on to his offspring as well. Four Card is history on four legs. See http://www.haythorn.com/ to view the history behind his bloodlines. If you do not know about the working horses of the midwest do your research, they are some awsome horses! Limited number of mares allowed by approval. Papers only please!
